tariff:
1 bedroom - NZ $225.00 per night
2 bedroom - NZ $265.00 per night
Rate is inclusive of GST.
BOOKING CONDITIONS:
Minimum Stay: 2 nights.
Surcharge applies for the period 01 December
to 31 January – rates upon request.

PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY:
Payment:
Upon booking, a one night deposit must be paid by credit card.
The remaining payment will be taken upon check in and charged
to your credit card.
Cancellation:
Within 7days prior to arrival the deposit will be non refundable.
